HOW TO PURCHASE ONLINE

Use the 'Shop' menu to navigate through the products. You can filter products by Colour, Style, and Type.

Once you have found item(s) you wish to purchase, select your size, colour choice, and click the 'Add to Cart' button.

To review the items in your cart, click 'My Cart' in the top right hand corner. If you would like to delete items from your cart, please click 'Remove.' To complete your purchase, click 'Checkout' and fill out the requested details. If you would like to receive periodic updates on the status of your handcrafted JODHA piece, please specify this in your special instructions section at 'Checkout'. 

DO I NEED TO SET UP AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?

Please feel free to browse through the collection without creating an account. However, to purchase a garment, you will need to set up an account - a very easy process! 

Create an account with JODHA and you will be able to track your orders, review past purchases, and save your address and details for a seamless checkout experience. You will also be the first to know about our latest collections and trunk shows.  

To create an account, simply click the Account Log-in icon located on the top right hand corner, and fill out the requested details. 

WHICH SIZE DO I CHOOSE?

Please refer to the Size Chart provided when purchasing. However, if you are unsure, we are happy to advise on questions regarding sizing and fit by email at care@jodhathelabel.com or by filling out the Contact Us form.

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY JODHA GARMENT?

We recommend Dry Clean only. If you have specific care questions regarding your JODHA garment please email us at  care@jodhathelabel.com for further clarification.

I NOTICED THE PRICE CHANGE WITH DIFFERENT SIZE?

All sizes shown are US Sizes. Please note a 25% surcharge applies from Size 12 – 18.

ARE THE COLOURS OF PRODUCTS SHOWN ON THE WEBSITE ACCURATE?

While we have made every effort to accurately display the exact shades of products that appear on the JODHA website, we cannot guarantee that every monitor will display the exact shade accurately, as screens of electronic devices often vary. 

IS MY PERSONAL INFORMATION SECURE?

Please be assured that your personal data is secure and kept confidential. We will at no point share your details with a third party.

When processing your order online, we will require a billing address, shipping address, telephone number, credit card number, expiration date and card security code. If necessary, these details may be shared with a credit reference agency to verify your order.

I'VE FORGOTTEN MY PASSWORD. HOW DO I RESET MY PASSWORD?

To reset your password, please click 'Forgot Your Password?' on the Account Log-in page on the top right hand corner. Please note, for security reasons we are unable to send your old password via email.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DOES JODHA ACCEPT?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Apple Pay. Your personal online security is important to us. All payments are processed through a secure gateway, Stripe, with SSL encryption technology to store and safely transmit your personal data. The transaction amount will be charged to your credit card only after we have verified your card details, received credit authorisation and confirmed merchandise availability. 

WHAT IS YOUR LEAD TIME?

Please allow for 5 to 6 weeks to produce your handcrafted JODHA garment. 

For orders placed during the run up to Chinese New Year and Diwali (Hindu New Year), please allow for an additional 1 to 2 week delay.

JODHA will not be responsible for delivery delays due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our reasonable control, such as delays due to severe weather, natural disasters or strikes.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours ensuring that your order is being processed.  Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your Air Waybill number to track your package. You can follow the progress of your delivery by signing into your account and selecting My Account followed by Order Status.

Please let us know if you would like to receive periodic updates on the status of your JODHA piece, please specify this in your special instructions section at 'Checkout'. 

CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS AFTER MY ORDER HAS BEEN DISPATCHED?

We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched. Therefore, please ensure you provide a suitable shipping address for the specified delivery period.

HOW WILL YOU BE SHIPPING MY ORDER?

HONG KONG SAR, LOCAL SHIPPING:

All local online orders for delivery within Hong Kong SAR will be eligible for complimentary standard shipping via SF Express. Delivery time is expected within 2- 3 business days from the date of dispatch. 

Your order will be delivered to you in our signature JODHA garment bag, enclosed in a box.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

All international online purchases will be shipped via Hong Kong Speedpost. Delivery time will 3-14 days from the date of shipping. We ship to most countries around the world for a flat fee of USD 35 or HKD 273.

Local duties and taxes may apply to packages sent outside of Hong Kong. Any duties payable will be the sole responsibility of the customer and will need to be paid, to ensure release of the package. 

Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide online and commence from the date of dispatch, JODHA is not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.

WHAT ARE THE FEES INVOLVED FOR DUTIES AND TAXES?

Product prices are displayed exclusive of all import duties. As a recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are in. Payment of these on arrival at the time of delivery may be necessary to release your order from customs.

International orders placed are DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). For all DDU shipments, any applicable duties, tariffs, and taxes will be collected at the destination’s point of entry and are the responsibility of the customer. As each country has unique charges, please contact your local shipping office for more information

Please note we are unable to advise on the duty amount.

DO I NEED TO SIGN FOR MY ORDER?

For security reasons, all purchases will require an adult signature upon delivery.

We require proof of delivery with a signature to authorize all orders, as we want to ensure that your handcrafted JODHA has made it to your doorstep safe and secure. 

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN/REFUND POLICY?

Once an order has been placed, your order request will be processed within 24 hours. After this time, we will be unable to change or refund your order. Production of your handcrafted garment will begin within 2-4 days of placing the order, excluding public holiday. 

Each JODHA piece is made-to-order and thoroughly inspected prior to shipping, therefore products delivered will be unable to be returned or refunded.
